Everything, written down
How it works, the curve underneath it, what happens at graduation, every fee, and the plain answers, on one page, with the same numbers as the contracts. This is a testnet preview, and figures marked demo come from our own test runs.
Three steps. The middle one is the hard one.
Launching takes a minute. Surviving the curve is the work. We built the rules so nobody, including us, can bend them halfway through.
Launch, free
Name it, add a picture, and the token exists. Supply is fixed at 1 billion. Minting and freezing stay switched off for good, and there is no presale, no team bag, no early allocation. If we want tokens, we buy them on the curve like everyone else.
The curve sets the price
Buys push the price up, sells pull it down, and the formula never sleeps or plays favorites. Every trade pays a flat 1% fee, split evenly between the creator and the platform from the very first trade. Transfers stay off until the verdict, so nobody can sneak the token into a side pool early.
The verdict at 150 HYPE
The buy that crosses 150 HYPE graduates the token in the same transaction. A pool opens at the final curve price, leftover supply is burned, the liquidity position is burned, and a boost spends about 10 HYPE buying the token back across 30 to 60 minutes, then burns that too. Receipts get published for every single one.
The curve sets the price

The fixed numbers
Estimates use the opening curve. The 1% trade fee is the same on every Minos token, split 0.50% to you and 0.50% to the platform, from the first trade to the last.
Rules you cannot change later
- Supply is 1 billion, and minting stays off. Nobody can print more, including you, including us.
- Freezing stays off. Nobody can freeze a holder's balance.
- Transfers stay off until graduation, then open for good.
- There is no deadline and no refund pool. A token that never reaches 150 HYPE keeps trading on its curve, and selling is the exit, same as on any curve launchpad.
- At 150 HYPE the token graduates automatically. You cannot delay it, and neither can we.
What happens at 150 HYPE
Graduation is not a meeting or a manual review. It is arithmetic inside one transaction, triggered by whichever buy takes the curve to 150 HYPE of real raises.
The pool opens
About 140 HYPE from the raise and 190M of the remaining tokens seed a Uniswap V3 pool on our own deployment, at exactly the final curve price, full range. No price jump at the handover, so there is nothing free to grab in the gap.
Two burns
The 10M tokens the curve never sold are burned. Then the liquidity position itself is burned, which is the plain way of saying the pool's money can never be withdrawn, by the creator, by us, or by anyone who finds a key. Transfers open in the same moment.
The boost
About 10 HYPE of the raise is held back and spent buying the token in the open pool across 30 to 60 minutes, a little at a time, with a hard price limit on every buy. Whatever it buys gets burned too, and we publish the transaction receipts for every graduation. It is a welcome, not a price promise.
Fees, all of them, on one page
Some launchpads let every creator set their own tax, so the same click costs 1% on one token and 4% on the next. Ours is flat, set in the contracts, and printed here once. If a number below ever disagrees with the contracts, the contracts win and we fix this page.
| Fee | Total | To the creator | To the platform | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Curve trade Every buy and sell before graduation |
1.00% | 0.50% | 0.50% | Same on every token. The creator earns from the very first trade. |
| Router trade Trades through the Minos router after graduation |
0.25% | 0.10% | 0.15% | So a graduated creator keeps earning. Trades that reach the pool through other apps pay that app's fee, not ours. |
| Creating a token | 0 | – | – | You pay network gas in HYPE, and nothing to us. |
| Graduation | 0 | – | – | No flat graduation fee in Season 1. The boost comes out of the raise itself, in the open. |
A 10 HYPE buy, line by line
Holding a MINOS PASS? Your platform half drops to 0.25%, so the same buy costs 0.075 HYPE in fees and 9.925 HYPE goes into the curve.
Where the platform's half goes
- 35% to MINOS PASS holders, after referral payouts, through the pool on the pass page.
- Referrals: 10% of the platform fee on a referred trade goes to the referrer, 20% if the referrer holds a pass. Paid only from fees that actually come in. Referring your own wallets does not count.
- The rest runs the platform: servers, development, and an audit fund we set aside from revenue and do not spend on anything else. When that fund can pay for a full external audit, the audit happens before trading caps come off.
Nothing is carved out of the creator's half, ever. The discount and the referral come out of our side, because they are our marketing, not the creator's.
The fee split, on your volume
A calculator on the published rates above. Type a curve volume and watch where every HYPE goes. The referral and the pass pool come out of the platform's half only; the creator's half is never touched.
The referral rate is taken from the platform's share first, before the pass pool's 35%.
What we will not do with fees
No second fee stacked on top later
Some platforms quietly added an extra app fee on top of the published one, months after launch, and hoped traders would not do the math. If our fees ever change, the change is announced first, applies to new launches only, and this page is updated the same day. A token's fee is set at its launch for its whole life.
No fee on a failed launch, because there is no failed launch
Minos curves have no deadline. A token that never reaches 150 HYPE keeps trading on its curve for as long as anyone wants it, and holders exit by selling into the curve. We do not take a cut for closing anything down, because nothing gets closed down.
No featured placement for sale
The home board ranks by what the chain says: raises, volume, graduations. There is no paid slot, no sponsored row, and no fee that buys a better position. If a token is at the top, it traded its way there.
Asked often, answered plainly
Is Minos live right now?
No. This is a testnet preview with demo data. The contracts deploy to Elysium testnet first, we run a public season there, and mainnet comes after that, with dates posted here and on our X before anything opens. If a site asks you for real HYPE today and calls itself Minos, it is not us.
What does graduation actually mean?
A token starts life trading only on its curve. When real buys push the curve to 150 HYPE raised, the token graduates in that same transaction: a Uniswap V3 pool opens at the final curve price, the leftover supply is burned, the liquidity position is burned so it can never be pulled, and a small boost buys the token back and burns what it buys. From then on it trades in the open market like any other token.
Can the team pull the liquidity or change the fees later?
No. Graduated liquidity sits in a burned position, which nobody can withdraw, including us. Fees are set in the contracts at the numbers on our fees page, not in a dashboard someone can quietly edit. The admin key can pause the platform in an emergency. It cannot move user funds or curve funds, ever.
Why does the curve lock transfers?
Until graduation, a token can only be bought and sold on its own curve. That shuts a nasty door: nobody can park the token in a rigged side pool ahead of graduation and steer the opening price. The moment a token graduates, transfers open up for good.
What does it cost to launch a token?
Nothing but network gas. No creation fee, no listing fee, no graduation fee in Season 1. Creators earn 0.50% of every trade on their token's curve from the first trade, and keep earning after graduation through the router fee.
